Meet Dr. Adrian Franco, the dentist behind The Dental Boutique

Dr. Adrian Franco, DMD, FICOI, is a South Florida native who has spent his career building a dental practice in South Miami rooted in patience, precision, and genuine connection with his patients. He earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Nova Southeastern University and went on to earn a Fellowship with the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, a credential that reflects advanced implant training and documented case experience that goes well beyond a general dental license.

From early in his training, Dr. Franco was drawn to the cases that make the biggest difference in a patient's life: procedures like dental implants, full-mouth reconstructions, and cosmetic smile transformations. For him, the most rewarding part of dentistry is giving patients back something they had stopped hoping for: the confidence to smile without thinking about it.

Medicine was always part of his world, (his father is a physician and his mother was a nurse), and he always knew he wanted to work with his hands in a field where he could make a visible, lasting difference for the people in his care. After shadowing the dentist who would eventually become his mentor, he found his calling in dentistry and never looked back. Today, Dr. Franco is hands-on at every stage of care, from diagnosis through surgery to final restoration, and takes personal responsibility for every case that comes through the practice.
