At The Dental Boutique, Dr. Franco takes the time to sit down with every patient, learn what brought them in, and explain exactly what he recommends and why before anything is scheduled.
We offer a full range of dental services, from preventive care and cleanings to dental implants, full-mouth reconstructions, and cosmetic smile makeovers, all under one roof with a team that genuinely invests in each patient's long-term care. Meet your dentist
Dr. Adrian Franco
Dr. Adrian Franco, DMD, FICOI, is the owner and lead dentist at The Dental Boutique. Born and raised in Miami, Dr. Franco practices in the same community where he grew up, and that connection to the people he serves shapes everything about the way he works.
Dr. Franco earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Nova Southeastern University, where he developed a strong foundation in restorative and surgical dentistry. From early in his training, he gravitated toward the cases with the most impact: dental implants, full-mouth reconstructions, and cosmetic smile transformations. He went on to earn his Fellowship with the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (FICOI), a credential that reflects advanced implant training and documented case experience well beyond a general dental license. Today, he places implants at high volume, handling everything from single-tooth replacements to full-arch restorations in-house.
What distinguishes Dr. Franco is not just his clinical range but the way he approaches every patient interaction. He reviews x-rays before entering the room so he arrives with a clear picture and a plan. He addresses the patient's chief concern first, without exception. And he walks through every finding and recommendation in plain language before anything is scheduled. Patients have told him he over-explains. He considers that a compliment.
Outside the office, Dr. Franco enjoys playing tennis and paddle, spending time with his wife, and making the most of everything South Florida has to offer. He is proud to serve the communities of South Miami, Coral Gables, Pinecrest, and beyond.

Before your first visit, you will complete your new patient paperwork online through our patient portal. No clipboards, no waiting room scramble. Your information is on file before you walk in so your appointment can start on time and stay focused on what matters.
Getting settled
When you arrive, our team will get you comfortable and bring you back promptly. Your assistant will ask about your chief concern and take a full set of digital x-rays so Dr. Franco has a complete clinical picture before he enters the room. By the time he walks in, he has already reviewed your imaging and has a plan.

Before you leave, our treatment coordinator will walk you through the financial side of your care. Treatment plans are broken down into phases, costs are presented clearly, and financing options are laid out upfront.
